Appointments are distance/virtual sessions (over the phone or Zoom) so you can relax in the comfort of your own surroundings and avoid parking fees!

Can this really work from a distance? Really?

Totally fair question, and one I hear all the time.​

One of the strengths of advanced, intuitive mind-body energy medicine is that it's just as powerful when done at a distance. In fact, many of my clients find remote sessions even more effective than in-person ones.

Before your eyes glaze over, we're not venturing into woo-woo land here. This is science – the Nobel-winning science behind quantum non-locality, where particles stay connected and "talk" to each other instantly, even when they're miles apart. Einstein famously called it "spooky action at a distance," but there's nothing spooky about it at all. Just a beautiful reminder that distance isn't the deal breaker we once thought it was.

Energy doesn't play by the rules of space and time. (Ask any quantum physicist!) Just as your phone can connect to someone across the globe without a single wire between you, energy medicine works through frequency and information, not physical proximity.
