When your body isn’t feeling like your body – digestion offline, energy tanking, joints aching, sleep sketchy, hormones and mood refusing to stay in their own lanes – life can feel harder than it should. And it can be frustrating if you've tried everything, but your system is still sending up S.O.S. flares. "Hey, something needs attention!" That’s where I come in. In our Initial Consultation, we'll slow everything down and make sense of your story – what’s been happening, what you’ve tried and where you want to go in the future. Then we dive into a Mind-Body Medicine session that'll feel like a combo of detective work, energy work, and “Wow, how did we get here so fast?” Your body leads and I listen, helping shift the deeper patterns, stuck emotions, energetic clutter and other "influencers" affecting your health. With a little fine-tuning, we'll aim to bring your body's natural rhythm back into balance and coherence, a state where true healing can happen. Clients often tell me they feel much calmer, clearer, stronger and more hopeful, even after just one session.
